Payment Policy

Woody Strings creates custom handmade string art. Because every piece is made to order, we operate on an inquiry and confirmation model rather than instant online checkout payment.

Advance Payment (30–50%)

After you submit an order inquiry, our team reviews your requirements and confirms:

  • Final price
  • Advance amount (typically 30–50% of total)
  • Estimated delivery date

The advance percentage depends on product size, design complexity, and delivery timeline. We will communicate the exact amount via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours.

Cash on Delivery

The remaining balance is paid cash on delivery when your order arrives. We do not collect the full amount online at checkout.

Order Status

Once your inquiry is submitted, you can track progress in your account:

  • Inquiry Received
  • Advance Confirmed
  • In Production
  • Ready
  • Delivered

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary by order complexity and current workshop queue. Preferred delivery dates can be noted at checkout — we will confirm feasibility when we respond to your inquiry.

Returns & Custom Orders

Because our products are handmade and often customized to your specifications, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is a defect or issue with your order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email and we will make it right.
